How to Receive Birthday Rewards

Birthday Rewards are available only if the merchant has enabled the Birthday Reward rule in their loyalty program.

When your birthday arrives, your reward will be automatically granted based on the merchant's loyalty program configuration. The type of reward you receive may vary.

If the Merchant Provides a Voucher

If the merchant configures the Birthday Reward as Create Voucher:

1. Make sure your birth date has been completed on your Profile page before your birthday.
2. On your birthday, a voucher will be generated automatically.
3. Open the Point Rewards page.
4. Scroll down to My Redeemed Coupons.
5. Your birthday voucher will appear as a coupon code that can be used during checkout.

No manual redemption is required. The voucher will automatically appear in your account.

If the Merchant Provides Loyalty Points

If the merchant configures the Birthday Reward as Award Points:

1. Make sure your birth date has been saved on your Profile page.
2. On your birthday, loyalty points will be automatically added to your account.
3. You can view your updated points by:
   • Clicking the Profile (account) icon in the top-right corner to view your points summary, or
   • Opening the Point Rewards page to see your detailed points information.

No voucher will be generated because the reward is granted as loyalty points.

If the Merchant Provides Store Credit

If the merchant configures the Birthday Reward as Store Credit:

1. Make sure your birth date has been completed on your Profile page before your birthday.
2. On your birthday, Store Credit will be automatically added to your account.
3. You can view your Store Credit balance by clicking the Profile (account) icon in the top-right corner.
4. Store Credit can be used as a payment method during checkout, subject to the merchant's policies.

No voucher or loyalty points will be issued because the reward is provided as Store Credit.

• The type of Birthday Reward depends on the merchant's loyalty program configuration.
• The merchant may choose to provide:
  • Loyalty Points
  • Voucher
  • Store Credit
• Make sure your birth date is completed before your birthday so your reward can be issued automatically.
