How to Receive Newsletter Rewards

Newsletter Rewards are available only if the merchant has enabled the Newsletter Subscription reward in their loyalty program.

Enabling newsletter subscription from the Profile page only subscribes you to the newsletter and does not grant a reward.

To receive a Newsletter Reward:

1. Click the Profile (account) icon in the top-right corner.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select the Point Rewards tab.
4. Scroll down to the Available Rewards section.
5. Find the Newsletter Subscription reward.
6. Enable the Subscribe toggle.
7. Once the subscription is successful, the reward will be processed automatically.

Newsletter Reward Results

The reward you receive depends on the Reward Type configured by the merchant.

If the Merchant Provides a Voucher

If the merchant configures the Newsletter Reward as Create Voucher:

1. After successfully subscribing to the newsletter through the Point Rewards page, a voucher will be generated automatically.
2. Scroll down to My Redeemed Coupons.
3. Your coupon code will be available and can be used during checkout.

If the Merchant Provides Loyalty Points

If the merchant configures the Newsletter Reward as Award Points:

1. After successfully subscribing through the Point Rewards page, loyalty points will be automatically added to your account.
2. You can view your updated points by:
   • Clicking the Profile (account) icon in the top-right corner to view your points summary, or
   • Opening the Point Rewards page to view your detailed points information.

If the Merchant Provides Store Credit

If the merchant configures the Newsletter Reward as Store Credit:

1. After successfully subscribing through the Point Rewards page, Store Credit will be automatically added to your account.
2. You can view your Store Credit balance by clicking the Profile (account) icon in the top-right corner.
3. Store Credit can be used as a payment method during checkout, subject to the merchant's policies.

Notes

The type of Newsletter Reward depends on the merchant's loyalty program configuration. The merchant may choose to provide the reward as a Voucher, Loyalty Points, or Store Credit.
