Track customer points, vouchers, and store credit activity within your loyalty program.

Reward History

The Reward History menu allows merchants to track loyalty reward activities across the program. Merchants can monitor points, vouchers, and store credits issued to customers through various loyalty activities.

Points

Tab Points

The Points tab displays all customer point transactions, including points earned and points redeemed.

Merchants can search by customer, rule, or order and filter records using a specific date range.

Point transactions may originate from various loyalty activities, including:

  • Loyalty rules
  • Gamification rewards
  • Reward redemptions
  • Bonus points
  • Other loyalty activities

Coupons

Tab Coupons

The Coupons tab displays all vouchers issued to customers through the loyalty program.

Merchants can view a summary of voucher activity based on status.

Available summary metrics include:

  • Total Coupons
  • Active Coupons
  • Used Coupons
  • Expired Coupons

Merchants can search by customer, voucher code, or rule and apply filters based on status, source, trigger, and date range.

The following actions are available for vouchers:

  • Retract โ€“ Revoke an unused voucher from a customer.
  • Delete โ€“ Remove the voucher record from the system.

Credits

Tab Credits

The Credits tab displays store credits issued to customers through loyalty program activities.

Merchants can review summary statistics for store credit distribution.

Available summary metrics include:

  • Total Credits
  • Total Amount
  • Birthday Credits
  • Anniversary Credits
  • Referral Credits

Merchants can search by customer or rule and filter records by trigger and date range.

Store credits are generated from loyalty rules that use the Store Credit reward type.

Export Data

Each tab includes an Export feature that can be used to download reward history data for reporting and analysis purposes.
