Customers
The Customers menu allows merchants to view and manage all customers enrolled in the loyalty program. Merchants can monitor customer information, membership status, point balances, tiers, and perform various account management actions.
Delete Customer
Remove a customer from the loyalty program system.
View Coupons
View all vouchers currently owned or previously issued to a customer.
Unenroll Customer
Remove a customer from the loyalty program without deleting their store account.
Edit Profile
Update customer profile information stored in the loyalty program.
Adjust Tier
Manually assign a customer to a different loyalty tier.
