Order Bonus and Campaign Frequency

Reward paid orders and control whether a customer earns once or repeatedly.

Create an Order Bonus

  1. Open Rules and create an Order Bonus rule.
  2. Choose the reward and minimum purchase requirement.
  3. Optionally restrict the rule to tiers or segments and set its active dates.
  4. Review and activate the rule, then test with an eligible paid order.

The standard order bonus can award points, vouchers, or supported store credit. It is separate from the spend-based points calculation.

Once per campaign or every order

The default frequency is every eligible order. Choose once per campaign to grant the reward once to each eligible customer for this rule. This mode requires both a start and end date and supports points or a voucher code. Shared automatic discounts and store credit are not supported in this mode.

Create a new rule for a new campaign. Changing the dates on the same rule does not create a fresh allowance for customers already rewarded. Reprocessing the same order does not create another successful grant.
