Sender Masking
Configure the sender information used for all outgoing customer email notifications.
The Sender Masking section allows merchants to customize the sender identity displayed in customer email notifications.
These settings help ensure that emails are recognizable and aligned with your store branding.
Sender Information
You can configure the following fields:
- From Name
- From Email
- Reply-to Name
- Reply-to Email
From Information
The From Name and From Email fields determine the sender information displayed to customers when they receive an email notification.
Reply-To Information
The Reply-to Name and Reply-to Email fields specify where customer replies will be directed.
Save Changes
Click Save Settings to apply the updated sender configuration.
