Reviews
View, manage, and moderate customer product reviews, including review status, ratings, comments, and review rewards.
The Reviews tab displays all customer product reviews submitted through the loyalty review system.
Merchants can monitor review activity, moderate customer feedback, import or export review data, and manage review visibility.
Review List
The review table displays information such as:
- Customer name and email
- Review date
- Product name
- Rating
- Review comment
- Review photos
- Points awarded
- Review status
Review Status
Reviews may have different statuses, including:
- Approved
- Unpublished
The status indicates whether the review is visible to customers on the storefront.
Import Reviews
Use the Import button to upload review data into the system.
This feature is useful when migrating reviews from another platform or restoring review records.
Export Reviews
Use the Export button to download review data for reporting or analysis purposes.
Review Actions
Each review provides additional actions through the Actions menu:
- View Details
- Edit Comment
- View on Website
- Unpublish
- Delete
