Gamification

The Gamification menu allows merchants to boost customer engagement through interactive game mechanics such as the Spin Wheel and Reveal Cards. The rewards used in this feature are sourced from the Rewards menu. To enable a reward to be used in gamification, tick the ‘Available as a gamification prize’ option for that reward.

Track customer participation and rewards earned through spin wheel and reveal card campaigns.

Create & Manage Reveal Cards

Create and configure reveal card campaigns, including reward rules, availability periods, limits, and visual assets.

Reveal Cards

View and manage scratch card campaigns that allow customers to reveal rewards.

Spin Wheel Slots

Manage reward slots and no-win slots that appear on the spin wheel.
