Review Settings

Configure review moderation, review requests, reminder emails, and Shopify review synchronization.

The Review Settings tab allows merchants to configure how product reviews are collected, approved, and synchronized.

Auto Approval

Enable automatic approval for reviews with ratings between 4 and 5 stars.

This reduces manual moderation for positive reviews.

Enable the option to allow reviews only from customers who have purchased the product.

This helps maintain review authenticity.

Enable automatic review request emails after a customer completes a purchase.

These emails encourage customers to leave product reviews.

Enable reminder emails for customers who have not yet submitted a review.

Reminder emails can help increase review participation.

Use Sync Reviews to Shopify to synchronize review ratings and review counts with Shopify products.

This updates star ratings displayed on the storefront.

After making changes, click Save Settings to apply the configuration.
