Reveal Cards
View and manage scratch card campaigns that allow customers to reveal rewards.
Reveal Cards are gamification campaigns that allow customers to scratch or reveal a card to receive rewards.
Each card operates independently and can use either random or fixed rewards.
Card List
The Reveal Cards page displays:
- Card name
- Status
- Reward mode
Examples:
- Active
- Draft
Reward modes include:
- Random
- Fixed
Reward Mode
Random mode selects rewards from the customer's eligible reward pool.
Fixed mode always grants the same reward.
Campaign Management
Merchants can create, update, activate, or deactivate reveal card campaigns.
