Spin Wheel Slots
Manage reward slots and no-win slots that appear on the spin wheel.
Wheel slots determine the possible outcomes customers can receive when spinning the wheel.
Each slot can contain either a reward or an empty outcome.
Add Slot
Use Add Slot to create a new wheel slot.
Available slot types:
- Reward Slot
- Empty Slot (No Win)
Empty Slot
An empty slot does not award a reward.
Merchants can configure:
- Label
- Reveal message
- Reveal tone
- Color
- Display order
Example labels:
- Try Again
- Better Luck Next Time
Reward Slot
Reward slots are linked to rewards that have been marked as available for gamification.
Customers who land on these slots receive the configured reward.
Slot Display Order
Display order controls the slot position on the wheel.
Save Slot
Click Save Slot to add or update a slot configuration.
