View complete review information, including product details, ratings, comments, awarded points, review images, and merchant replies.
The Review Details window provides complete information about a customer review.
Merchants can inspect review content, review history, earned rewards, and communicate directly with customers through admin replies.
Review Information
The review details page displays:
- Product name
- Rating
- Customer comment
- Review status
- Review source
Points Awarded
If review rewards are enabled, the page displays:
- Total points awarded
- Base points earned
- Bonus points from uploaded images
Review Images
Any images uploaded by the customer are displayed in the Review Images section.
Merchants can review supporting evidence and product photos submitted with the review.
Review Timeline
Review activity information includes:
- Review creation date
- Approval date
Admin Replies
Merchants can respond directly to customer reviews using the Admin Replies section.
Replies help merchants engage with customers and address feedback publicly.
