The History tab records all rewards distributed through gamification activities.
Activity Records
Each record includes:
- Date and time
- Customer
- Mechanic
- Reward
- Reward type
- Value
Mechanics
Available mechanics include:
- Wheel
- Scratch
Filtering
Merchants can filter history by:
- Mechanic
- Date range
This helps analyze campaign performance and reward distribution.
Reset Reward
The Reset action allows merchants to reverse a gamification reward when necessary.
