Reward History Credit

The Credits tab allows merchants to monitor all store credits issued through the loyalty program. Store credits are typically awarded as rewards and can be used by customers during checkout.

Steps to View Store Credit History

1. Open the Reward History menu.
2. Select the Credits tab.
3. Use the Search field to find records by customer or reward rule.
4. Apply filters:
   • Triggers
   • From
   • To
5. Review the available store credit records.

Statistics Overview

The top section displays:

• Total Credits — Number of issued store credits.
• Total Amount — Total credit value issued.
• Birthday — Credits awarded through birthday rewards.
• Anniversary — Credits awarded through anniversary rewards.
• Referral — Credits awarded through referral rewards.

Information Displayed

• Customer — Customer information.
• Amount — Store credit value.
• Rule — Reward rule responsible for the credit.
• Trigger — Activity that generated the credit.
• Date — Credit issuance date.

Additional Information

• Records will only appear if your loyalty program includes Store Credit rewards.
• Store credits may be awarded through referrals, birthdays, anniversaries, or other loyalty campaigns.
