Customers List

View and manage loyalty program customers, including profile information, points, tiers, and membership status.

The Customers menu allows merchants to manage all customers enrolled in the loyalty program. Merchants can search, filter, export, import, and manage customer records from a single page.

Steps to View Customers

  1. Open the Customers menu.
  2. Use the Search field to find customers by name or email.
  3. Apply filters:
    • Registered From
    • Registered To
    • Enrollment Status
  4. Review the customer list.

Information Displayed

  • Customer ID โ€” Unique customer identifier.
  • Customer โ€” Customer name.
  • Email โ€” Customer email address.
  • Phone โ€” Customer phone number.
  • Points โ€” Current point balance.
  • Tier โ€” Customer loyalty tier.
  • Birthday โ€” Customer birthday.
  • Gender โ€” Customer gender.
  • Status โ€” Loyalty membership status.
  • Actions โ€” Available customer actions.

Additional Features

Export Customers

  1. Click Export Customers.
  2. Select a Start Date and End Date for the customer data you want to export.
    • The maximum export range is 6 months.
  3. Choose the desired Enrollment filter.
    • Select All to export all customers.
  4. (Optional) Enter an email address in the Send to email field.
    • Leave it blank to use your account email address.
  5. Click Start Export to begin the export process.

The system will generate a CSV file containing customer data based on the selected filters and send it to the specified email address. Large exports may take several minutes to process.

 

Import Customers

  1. Click Import Customers.
  2. Upload a supported customer file.
  3. Review the data before importing.
  4. Click Import to process the customer records.
