First Purchase

Reward customers after they successfully complete their first purchase.

The First Purchase rule rewards customers when they complete their first qualifying order. This incentive can encourage repeat purchases and improve customer retention.

Steps to Create a First Purchase Rule

  1. Open the Rules menu.
  2. Click Create Rule.
  3. Select First Purchase.
  4. Choose the reward type (Points or Voucher).
  5. Set the reward amount customers will receive after their first purchase.
  6. (Optional) Configure tier or segment restrictions.
  7. Set the rule validity period if required.
  8. Click Next to review the configuration.
  9. Click Confirm rule to save and activate the rule.

  • Rewards are issued only once for the customer's first qualifying purchase.
