Member Registration

The Member Registration rule rewards customers when they first enroll in the loyalty program. This reward serves as an incentive to encourage participation and future engagement with your loyalty program.

Steps to Create a Member Registration Rule

1. Open the Rules menu.
2. Click Create Rule.
3. Select Member Registration.
4. Choose the reward type (Points or Voucher).
5. Set the reward amount customers will receive upon registration.
6. (Optional) Configure eligible customer segments.
7. Set the rule validity period if required.
8. Click Next to review the configuration.
9. Click Confirm rule to save and activate the rule.

Additional Information

• Rewards are issued once when a customer joins the loyalty program.
• This rule is commonly used as a welcome reward for new members.
• Rewards are automatically granted after successful enrollment.
